Max Lau

Max Lau is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and innovation, currently serving as Manager of Innovation and Process Enhancement at Changi Airport Group since June 2021. With a background that includes roles as Assistant Manager and Senior Associate, Max has successfully led projects such as the development of a machine learning solution for flood risk prediction and the integration of automated systems into Pavement Management applications. Prior experience includes training at Climb Central and a business improvement internship at Rolls-Royce, where Max contributed to efficiency improvements through lean manufacturing. Max holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering with Highest Distinction from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, supplemented by exchange programs at the University of Glasgow and the National University of Singapore.
