Roland Lee is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in safety management, emergency preparedness, and aviation. Currently serving as a Manager at Changi Airport Group since January 2014, Roland oversees safety promotions, compliance, and documentation. Previous roles include positions at the Land Transport Authority and the National Environment Agency, focusing on emergency preparedness and crisis management. Roland's military background includes serving as a UAV Expert and External Pilot in the Republic of Singapore Air Force. Educated at the Singapore University of Social Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Roland also holds multiple diplomas from the Singapore Aviation Academy and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, specializing in airport engineering, aviation safety, and mechanical engineering.
