Lucas Fraser

Lucas Fraser is a co-founder and CTO at newOS Inc., where software tools are developed to assist businesses in understanding emissions and advancing decarbonization efforts. As a partner and ESG consultant at Changing Habits Solutions, Lucas collaborates on climate-related projects with sustainability leaders across various sectors. Previously, Lucas held a position on the global marketing team at Tesla, focusing on marketing initiatives for the Model 3, and served as a digital marketing manager at Sofdesk, crafting web marketing strategies for renewable energy solutions. Earlier experience includes roles as a corporate operations coordinator at Partner One Capital and assistant controller at ETI-NET. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Concordia University, complemented by a semester abroad in Management and Law at La Trobe University.
