Glynis Frew

Glynis Frew is Chair of the Trustee Board at Changing Lives. Glynis joins Changing Lives with over 40 years’ experience in business, 20 of which has been within the property market. Glynis has held a number of roles with blue chip companies including United Biscuits and PepsiCo, where she specialised in running key accounts, sales and training. She then joined Hunters Estate Agents in 1999 and led the company as Chief Executive Officer from December 2016 to March 2022. Leading the senior team when the company floated on the stock market, she also brings with her considerable experience in governance.

During her business career she has always been active in supporting charities and is proud to be part of Changing Lives as she follows in the footsteps of her mother who worked for over 20 years in YACRO (York Association for the Care and Resettlement of Offenders) prior to that organisation joining Changing Lives.
