James McComas, FIH, currently serves as the Vice Chair of Trustees and Trustee for Dads Unlimited since February 2024. As the General Manager of Champneys Eastwell Manor Hotel & Spa since June 2020, James leads a team in delivering exceptional experiences at this prestigious country retreat. James has held various managerial roles in the hospitality industry, including General Manager at Hotel Du Vin and Deputy General Manager at Malmaison. Previous experience includes positions at Eynsham Hall Limited and Accor, where James developed expertise in operations management, food and beverage operations, and event coordination. James holds a BSc in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Surrey and completed the Cranfield Talent Development Program at Cranfield School of Management.

Dads Unlimited is an award-winning charity that supports the emotional safety of men and those they care about. We support the wellbeing of Dads through family separation with one-to-one mentoring, helping them to achieve a positive ongoing relationship with their children, reducing parental conflict and improving co-parenting relationships. We support male-victims of Domestic Abuse in Kent and Medway to provide them with emotional and practical support, to reduce risk, increase safety, and to protect them and their families from harm. We challenge attitudinal and societal barriers to meaningful fatherhood and positive masculinity.
