Philippa Rousell

Philippa Rousell is an experienced policy manager currently working at Changing Lives since March 2021. Prior roles include serving as a Policy and Scrutiny Officer (Partnerships) at the Office of the North Yorkshire Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner from October 2019 to March 2021, and as a Criminal Justice Performance Analyst at the Cleveland and Durham Criminal Justice Board from September 2017 to August 2019. Philippa's background also includes roles as Operations Manager, Outreach Worker, and PA to the Director at The Junction 42 Foundation from September 2014 to August 2016, as well as an internship at King's Church Durham from September 2013 to August 2014. Philippa holds a Master’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Durham University (2016-2017) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Psychology from the same institution (2010-2013).
