Lindsey Guinn is an experienced professional with a background in training and development, customer service, and food and beverage management. Currently serving as a Training and Development Coordinator and previously as a Direct Support Professional at Wabash Center since April 2020, Lindsey focuses on caring for children with disabilities and teaching essential life skills. Prior experience includes roles as a Shift Manager and Barista at McConn Coffee Co. from August 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities involved customer service and beverage preparation, along with a prior position as a Barista/Cashier at Cafe Literato. Lindsey completed a degree at Indiana Wesleyan University in December 2022 after graduating from William Henry Harrison High School in June 2019.
