Sue Duris

Sue Duris, MBA, CCXP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and marketing management. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of M4 Communications, Inc. since June 2011, Sue has resumed a consulting practice following a managerial role at Principles for Responsible Investment, where leadership of the first customer experience program was achieved. Additional roles include Business Transformation Advisor at The HiveMind Network, Strategic Communications Advisor for Changing the Chemistry, and Mentor at GrowthMentor. Sue has also served as a Non-Executive Director for the Customer Institute and Redyscore, and held the title of Chief Marketing Officer at DCBiosciences and SurDoc. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of California, Irvine and a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
