Karishma P. has held various roles in the IT industry since 2007. Karishma began their career as a Sr Placement Manager at Focus Technology Consulting. In 2010, they moved to The RightThing Inc, an ADP Company, as a Client Relationship Manager for various clients. In 2014, they became President of Channel IT Services (SBA 8a Certified, WOSB).

Karishma P. completed their Masters in Computer Science from Oklahoma City University between 1998 and 2000. Karishma also holds two certifications from AIRS, an ADP Company, namely CDR and CSSR.
