John McArdle has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. john began their career in 1989 as a Developer/QA Engineer at BT plc. john then moved to Logica Mobile Networks/LogicaCMG and Aldiscon, where they were a Development Manager from 1994 to 1997. john then joined ADC as R&D Director, Software Products from 1997 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Traventec as VP Customer Solutions. john then joined Insight Test Services as Consulting Director from 2006 to 2009. john then moved to Sogeti Ireland, where they held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Application Services from 2009 to 2014. john then joined SmartBear as EMEA Channel Director from 2014 to 2016. john then moved to Ipswitch, Inc. as EMEA Channel Director from 2016 to 2019. john is currently Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Channel Mechanics.

John McArdle completed their Ph.D in Computer Simulation from Queen's University Belfast in 1989. john obtained their B.Eng in Electronic Engineering from the same university in 1986.
