Michelle Walsh has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Michelle began their career in 1996 as a Senior Software Localisation Engineer at Microsoft. In 2000, they joined Siebel as a Senior Software Localisation Engineer. In 2002, they moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Service Delivery Team Lead and Software Lifecycle Service (SLS) Engineer. In 2017, they joined Oracle as a Project Manager and Customer Advocacy Manager. Currently, they are working at Channel Mechanics as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager.

Michelle Walsh obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies and IT from Athlone Institute of Technology between 1992 and 1996.
