Cindy Fleck

Cindy Fleck is currently the SVP of the Equipment Finance Group at Channel Partners Capital. Cindy has also previously worked as an underwriter for Retail Lending at TCF Bank and as a Consumer Loan Underwriter II at OneMain Financial. Cindy has also been a Sales Manager at The Cellular Connection and a Manager at Book-X-Change.

Cindy has always been interested in finance and credit decisions. Cindy began their career in 2013 as a manager at Book-X-Change. In 2015, they transitioned into sales management at The Cellular Connection where they successfully recruited and trained sales staff. Cindy also developed and broadened the client base using cold calling techniques. In 2016, they moved into the consumer loan underwriting field at OneMain Financial. There they were responsible for making prudent credit decisions within approval guidelines, complying with state and federal laws as well as company policies and procedures.

In April 2020, Cindy started working as an underwriter for Retail Lending at TCF Bank. However, they left this position in October 2020 to take on their current role as the SVP of the Equipment Finance Group at Channel Partners Capital.

Cindy Fleck has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Missouri Valley College.
