Chief Information Officer at Channel Partners Capital

Mark Blais is currently the Chief Information Officer at Channel Partners Capital. Prior to this, they were the CIO at Digi-Key Electronics from December 2014 to March 2019. Mark was responsible for all IT operations at Digi-Key, one of the world's largest electronic component retailers/distributors. This included overseeing all technology solutions that support internal operations and external customers, as well as leading the company's digital transformation and platform organizational and technology architecture to align with business digital strategy and requirements. Mark was also responsible for all stages of concept to implementation and reported directly to the CEO.

During their time at Digi-Key, Mark made key technical and business growth accomplishments, such as successfully overseeing all technology areas of the business, expanding the distribution center, leading an IT team of over 400 employees, rewriting the ERP system to integrate new technologies, and visioning, architecting, planning and partially implementing an entirely new digital platform. Mark also made significant improvements to agile development and IT support processes. These accomplishments helped Digi-Key grow 30% year over year, easily accommodating the new system. The new digital platform is built on a proven model and is expected to result in highly positive business results.

Mark Blais has an associate's degree in electronic technology from Brown College and a bachelor's degree in business/information systems from the University of Phoenix. Mark is currently pursuing a degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Their manager is Brad Peterson, CEO. They are on a team with Troy Kepler - Corporate Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Brian Tri - SVP, Operations & Underwriting, and Adam Peterson - Co-Founder & SVP of Sales.
