Ronald E. Weinberg is Director & Principal of Weinberg Capital Group. The Weinberg Capital Group is an investment firm and family office which invests in well-positioned, middle-market companies looking for additional capital and management expertise to enhance company financial performance and market position.

Mr. Weinberg formerly co-founded and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hawk Corporation (AMEX: HWK). In addition, he has served as Chairman of New West Eyeworks, Chairman & CEO of SunMedia Corp. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Clinic and is a Director of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
