Reginald Lyon

Reginald Lyon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the beauty and retail industries. Since January 2002, Reginald has served as the CEO of Channel Source, where leadership is provided to a national team that includes 700 merchandising associates, 150 beauty experts, and 25 celebrity influencers, focusing on scaling distribution and increasing sales for beauty brands across the United States and Puerto Rico. Prior to this role, Reginald held positions such as Vice President of Client Services at Mosaic Sales Solutions from June 2004 to December 2006, and Director of Retail Merchandising at Revlon from January 1997 to December 1999. Reginald also has experience in public service as a Congressman for the 4th District during 1983-1984. Academic credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University.
