Bruce Cowley

Bruce Cowley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, primarily in human resources management and customer service. Bruce started their career as the General Manager at CI Security Systems in 1986 and held this position until 1994. From 1987 to 2002, they worked as an Instructor-Trainer at St. John Ambulance. In 1995, they joined Saint Elizabeth Health Care as a Customer Service Supervisor and worked there until 2001. Bruce later served as the Manager of Operations at Studentawards from 2001 to 2002. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an Associate Relations Specialist at Grand & Toy. In 2007, they were employed at WorleyParsons as a Human Resources Manager & HSE Officer until August of that year. Bruce then joined Ryerson University as an HR Management Consultant and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Strategic HR Business Partner at William Osler Health System. Finally, in 2012, they joined Channel Zero Inc. as the Director of Human Resources.

Bruce Cowley attended Centennial College from 2002 to 2003. Bruce did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. In 2008, they obtained a certification as a DDI Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International. Additionally, they have additional certifications including CHRL from HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) and CHRP from HRPA.
