Lav Kumar Bhardwaj

Lav Kumar Bhardwaj currently serves as the Business Head of Digital Solutions at Channelplay Limited since November 2024. With extensive experience in customer success, Lav previously held the position of VP of Customer Success at Bizom from April 2016 to October 2024, leading the Enterprise Excellence team and managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. Prior roles include Implementation Engineer at FrontalRain Technologies Pvt Ltd, Implementation Specialist at Globals Inc, and Implementation Executive at MGRM Net Limited. Lav holds an EGMP in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, along with a diploma and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application.
