Bogdan Gorganeanu

Bogdan Gorganeanu has a long history of working in the tech and publishing industries. In 2016, they began working as a Front-end Developer, UI/UX, and Marketing Support (Design & DTP) for ChannelSight, a company that helps global brands sell more online. Bogdan was also the Founder and Independent Publisher for Otaku Entertainment Co. Ltd. from 2005. In 2009, they founded and published Cosplay GEN, a collectible magazine published twice a year that is entirely non-profit and self-financed. That same year, they also began working as a Web Designer, UI/UX, and Front-end Developer for Eirtight Technology. Lastly, in 2006, they founded and published Otaku MAG, a deep fandom research magazine that promotes Otaku (sub)culture.

Bogdan Gorganeanu received a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov between 1998 and 2004. Bogdan also has several certifications, including Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate from Coursera obtained in January 2022, Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Coursera obtained in January 2022, and HTML Essential Training from LinkedIn obtained in August 2021.
