Laura Leach, MPCC, SPCC, RCC™️, is the founder and Executive Career Coach at Laura Leach | Meredith Consulting, specializing in coaching women leaders in tech to navigate career transitions and negotiate salaries through the signature program "Actionable steps to 'You're hired!'" Currently serving as a Senior Career Consultant at the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy, Laura fosters self-sufficiency among professionals. Additional roles include Board Member at Phase2Careers, where advocacy for ageism and pay equity is prioritized, a member of the International Association of Career Coaches, and a channelWise Expert Coach focusing on professional women in tech. Previous experience includes managerial and coaching positions within major companies including GapLabs and Talent Rover. Currently pursuing further education at UC San Diego Extended Studies in the Global IOC Core Corporate Coaching Program.
