Clare Chatfield

Clare Chatfield is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in consulting and board governance. Currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Chantiers de l'Atlantique since December 2022, Clare has also held the position of Senior Partner at L.E.K. Consulting since January 1990, leading the Energy & Environment Practice. Additional board roles include Independent Director positions at GXO Logistics, Inc., Groupe SAVENCIA, DAHER, XPO Logistics Europe, and Antalis. Clare holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MA from the University of Cambridge.
