Mallory Smith

Mallory Smith is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Recruiter at CHAOS Industries since March 2025, Mallory has previously held significant roles at Rivian, including Lead Recruiter for Special Projects and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from November 2021 to March 2025. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Overair from October 2022 to March 2024 and at Wisk from September 2020 to November 2021.
