Emily Rogers

Emily Rogers, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Operations Specialist at ChaosSearch, a cloud-based analytics startup, having joined the company in May 2021 after previously holding the role of People Operations Coordinator. Prior to this, Emily worked as a People Operations Coordinator at Ohana Biosciences, Inc., from February 2020 to April 2021. Emily's experience also includes a significant tenure at Legal Sea Foods, where roles included Private Events Sales Manager, Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Host/Server/Key Associate, spanning from 2009 to January 2020. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Event Management from Lasell University, obtained in 2010.
