Josh Donaghay-Spire

Josh Donaghay-Spire has a diverse work experience in the wine industry. Josh started their career as a Cellarhand at Domaine Zind Humbrecht in 2008, where they worked from July to October. Following that, they worked as a Cellarhand at Champagne Pascal Doquet from September to December 2009. In 2010, they joined Chapel Down Group and worked their way up, starting as an Assistant Winemaker from January 2010 to November 2013. Josh then took on the role of Winemaker from November 2013 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director and Head Winemaker at Chapel Down Group since February 2022.
