Frances Ajumobi

Frances Ajumobi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking industry. Frances currently holds the position of Vice President, Retail Strategy and Development at Chapel Hill Denham since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at UBA Group as the Head of Remittance Products from September 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining UBA Group, Frances held various roles at Interswitch Group, Diamond Bank Plc, and also worked as a Branch Operations Officer. At Interswitch Group, they served as the Unit Head, Business Development (Lifestyle & Commerce) from April 2019 to September 2019, where they were responsible for identifying new business opportunities and devising strategies to drive lifestyle and commerce transaction growth.

During their time at Diamond Bank Plc, Frances played a key role in the planning, execution, and launch of the bank's USSD banking and digital savings service. Frances successfully grew the bank's USSD user base from zero to 2 million in just over a year, significantly improving the bank's position in the USSD channel.

Frances also held positions at Diamond Bank Plc as the Head of Online Banking and as a Channel Officer for digital services. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in product development, marketing, customer experience management, and market research.

Throughout their career, Frances has consistently shown their ability to drive business outcomes, develop effective strategies, and deliver results.

Frances Ajumobi attended Nnamdi Azikiwe University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Studies. Frances also obtained additional certifications including Certified Product Manager (CPM) from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in 2022, as well as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in 2019.
