Bianca C. Wright

Bianca Wright is an associate in Chapman's Corporate Finance Department. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border debt private placements and equipment finance and leasing transactions. Bianca’s experience includes advising banks, funds, and other financial services companies in complex finance transactions involving trade receivables, automobile loans, broadly syndicated and middle-market loans, equipment loans, commercial mortgage loans, and residential mortgage loans. Bianca has also advised clients in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and the private sale of securities.

Prior to joining Chapman, Bianca worked at the Chicago offices of Mayer Brown LLP and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
