Jacob is a litigator with experience representing clients in cases involving intellectual property disputes, class action litigation, and fiduciary matters.

Prior to joining Mintz, Jacob was a litigation associate in the Boston office of a full-service, international law firm. He worked to represent clients in complex intellectual property litigation matters, federal class actions, government investigations, and fiduciary matters. Earlier, Jacob interned with the Public Health Advocacy Institute in Boston as well as Greater Boston Legal Services. In addition, he was a judicial intern to Justice Mary T. Sullivan in the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

In law school, Jacob was the Executive Articles Editor for the Northeastern University Law Review. Prior to pursuing his legal career, he worked as a paralegal for Pine Tree Legal Assistance in Portland, Maine, and as senior field organizer for EqualityMaine.
