Christopher W. McGovern

Chris McGovern is senior counsel in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of structured finance transactions, including CLOs, asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities, representing underwriters, issuers, investment managers, and investors. He has also represented lenders, borrowers, and arrangers in secured and unsecured cross-border and domestic lending transactions, as well as investment banks in derivative transactions and on structured product and tender option bond programs.
