John Carroll serves as the President of Unlimited Performance, Inc. since June 1995, where the focus is on guiding growth-oriented executives and enhancing productivity and profitability. As a Board Member at DWG, Inc. Consulting Engineers since October 2020 and a Facilitator for the Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities since February 2017, John engages in personal and professional development training to improve interpersonal communication skills. John is also a Founding Member of the Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce, contributing as a former President and current Board member. Additionally, John co-founded Body Mechanics, Inc. to develop an educational program addressing the risks of heavy backpacks for students, garnering significant attention. Previous roles include Director of Training at Cameron & Barkley and Marketing Communications Manager at Norwalk Furniture Corporation, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television from Ashland University (1975-1979).

The Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities (CFCC) is a national for-good organization offering transformational learning experiences to strengthen relationships, align teams, and build community.
