Allison Aoun Bertram

Allison Aoun Bertram, MBA, serves as the Ticketing Services Manager for Event Operations at Chapman University, a position held since July 2019 after being promoted from Ticketing Supervisor and Ticketing Associate. With extensive experience in managing teams and coordinating event ticketing processes, Allison oversees a student workforce and implements application software to facilitate seamless transactions for over 100,000 tickets annually. Previous roles include Customer Service Specialist at Segerstrom Center for the Arts, Substitute Teacher for Corona-Norco Unified School District, Interim Production Coordinator at USC Thornton School of Music, Development Special Initiatives Intern at Center Theatre Group, and Marketing/Development Intern at International City Theatre.
