Crystal Barney

Crystal Barney has held various roles in budget planning and management throughout their career. Crystal began their work experience as an Accounting Assistant II at Music House in May 2001 and worked there until August 2005. From August 2005 to October 2007, they served as a Budget Assistant at Chapman University. Crystal then progressed to the role of Budget Analyst from November 2007 to May 2008. From June 2008 to December 2015, Crystal worked as a Senior Budget Analyst and later as a Budget Manager at Chapman University. In January 2016, they were promoted to Associate Director of Budget Planning & Systems and held that position until March 2022. Currently, Crystal is the Director of Budget Systems & Operations at Chapman University, a role they assumed in April 2022.

Crystal Barney attended Chapman University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
