Ian Matthews

Ian Matthews is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in sustainable engineering and building services. Starting as a Building Physicist at Atelier Ten, Ian progressed to the role of Associate in the Genesys sustainability engineering group at Cundall, and later to Senior Engineer / Analyst at Buro Happold, where leadership in a multi-disciplinary team focused on environmental building design was showcased. After serving as Associate at WYG Group, Ian became Head of Design at Banyards before transitioning to the role of Project Director at chapmanbdsp. Ian's educational background includes a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
