Stanislav Medvedev has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Stanislav began their career as a Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company in 2005, where they later became the Market Research Team Leader. During their time there, they led research projects in various sectors such as energy, telecom, private equity, and also established research operations in sectors like financial services and automotive.

In 2009, Medvedev joined Munich Re (Group) as a Research Manager, where they oversaw strategic projects in the health insurance sector, including market entries and turnarounds. Stanislav later took on the role of Client Manager, focusing on Key Account Management and sales of property reinsurance solutions to Lloyd's of London syndicates. Stanislav played a crucial role in executing end-to-end transactions, including needs analysis, pricing, negotiations, and closing.

In 2019, Medvedev joined Egon Zehnder as an Executive Search Associate, responsible for managing research and analytics activities in the global Services Sector. Stanislav also played a pivotal role in developing and implementing Egon Zehnder's growth strategy in this sector, while leading the global services research team.

Currently, Medvedev holds the role of Director at ChapmanCG, the world's only retained executive search firm exclusively dedicated to the Human Resources profession. In this role, they focus on developing and executing HR search strategies for leading companies across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas, the Middle East, and Africa. Stanislav leverages their deep knowledge of current trends, challenges, and opportunities in HR, along with a vast international network of over 130,000 HR leaders.

Stanislav Medvedev completed their Master's degree in Business Administration from The Philipp University of Marburg. Stanislav attended the university from 2000 to 2004.
