Guillaume Moyen

Guillaume Moyen has a diverse range of work experience. Guillaume started their career as a Financial Analyst at AREVA - Somair in 1997 before moving on to become a Senior Financial Auditor at KPMG AUDIT in 1999. Guillaume then joined AREVA - Euriware, where they held various roles including VP & CFO and Audit Supervisor from 2001 to 2008. After that, Guillaume founded and served as the CEO of S2D2, where they led the development and release of innovative sustainable development reporting solutions. In 2012, they became the Group CFO of Panafrican Group of companies before taking on the role of Group CFO at OLA Energy in 2014. At OLA Energy, they led the finance, IT, and procurement departments to support rapid growth across more than 20 countries. Guillaume then joined Dangote Industries Limited in 2019 as the Group CFO, where they oversaw finance, IT, and investor relations for Dangote Cement PLC, the largest producer and distributor of cement in sub-Saharan Africa. Guillaume also served as a Mentor and Speaker at Chapter54 in 2022 and is currently a Member of the Board of Advisors at Afrimash Company Limited since 2023.

Guillaume Moyen has a diverse education history. Guillaume obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) specializing in Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurship, Services management, and optimization from Columbia Business School in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they pursued a CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification from IIA - IFACI in 2003-2005, focusing on Internal control and internal audit. In 2001, they obtained the Diplome d'expert-comptable (Certified Chartered Accountant) from Ordre des experts-comptables, with a field of study in Finance, Accounting, and Tax. Their educational journey began at Université de Bordeaux from 1992-1997, where they earned a Maîtrise des Sciences et Techniques Comptables et Financières (MSTCF), specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Tax. Additionally, they acquired the certification of Registered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2019. In 2005, they also obtained the certification of Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
