Benny Richie

Benny Richie has extensive experience in telecommunications and IT support, currently serving as a Senior Telecommunications Analyst at Chapters Health System since February 2014, where responsibilities have included technical support and network management. Prior roles include Senior IT Technician and Technical Support Representative at the same organization, as well as Helpdesk Technician at HPH Hospice, focusing on troubleshooting, user management, and enhancing customer service experiences.
