Crystal Bucciarelli

Crystal Bucciarelli, Esq., SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Crystal is currently the Vice President of Legal Services at Chapters Health System, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Legal Services and In-House Counsel at the same company. Before joining Chapters Health System, Crystal worked as a Staff Attorney at Chapters Health System from 2015 to 2019.

Earlier in their career, Crystal gained experience in real estate sales as a Real Estate Sales Associate at Selling Tampa Bay, LLC in 2015. Crystal also served as the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer/Director of HR at Argus Dental & Vision, Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Crystal began their legal career as a Staff Attorney at Chapters Health System from 2011 to 2014.

Crystal has also worked in various roles during their time in law school. Crystal served as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Stetson University College of Law from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Legal Intern at HPC Healthcare and the Florida Department of Children and Families in 2010.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Crystal worked as a Teacher at the School District of Hillsborough County from 2007 to 2008. Crystal also held roles as a Financial Aid Advisor and Research Assistant at the University of Miami from 2003 to 2006.

Crystal Bucciarelli, Esq., SHRM-CP has a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Crystal also holds a Master's degree in Reading Education from Nova Southeastern University, completed from 2006 to 2008. Crystal'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Foreign Language from the University of Miami, earned from 2002 to 2006. Crystal completed their high school education with a diploma from the School for Advanced Studies (North Campus) in 2002. Crystal holds the SHRM-CP certification granted by the SHRM institution.
