Caroline Anderson

Caroline Anderson has extensive experience in account management and customer success, currently serving as an Account Executive and previously as a Customer Success Specialist at ChapterSpot since July 2016. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Assistant Production Manager at Gap Inc./Banana Republic from April 2015 to April 2016, focusing on men's knits production. With a foundational background in operations, Caroline worked as Operations Manager, Operations Assistant, and Intern at Matt Bernson Design from June 2012 to April 2015. Earlier professional experience includes serving as an Intern and Student Volunteer Coordinator at Friends of South Cumberland and as a Camp Counselor at Camp Merrie-Woode. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Science from The University of the South and has also studied at the Institut d'Enseignement de la Langue Francaise. Caroline completed high school at Norfolk Academy.
