Masud Akhtar

Masud Akhtar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Masud is currently working as a Firmware Engineer at Chara Technologies since December 2022.

Prior to this, they served as a Postgraduate Student at the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur from August 2020 to September 2022.

From November 2018 to July 2019, Masud worked as a Deputy Engineer at Bharat Electronics Limited. In this role, they were responsible for testing faulty Electronic voting machines and Voter Verified Paper Audit Trail units.

Before that, they held multiple roles as a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from October 2016 to September 2018. These roles involved working on projects related to programming languages such as Assembly, C, JAVA, Python, and Verilog. Masud also contributed to the development and automation of Ksharasutra preparation, as well as the design and development of GUI-based systems for the diagnostics of artillery guns, automated radio relay link establishment system, and semi-automatic control system for positioning of field guns.

- From 2020 to 2022, Masud Akhtar attended the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, where they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Microelectronics and VLSI Design.

- Between 2011 and 2015, they studied at the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.

- From 2007 to 2009, Masud Akhtar completed their 10+2 education at Schooling 10+2, focusing on the Science field.
