Hunter Tolman is the Head of People Operations at CharacterQuilt and has been in this role since 2024. Previously, Hunter held positions as a Marriage and Family Therapist at Growing Self Counseling & Coaching from 2019 to 2024, and as a Clinical Therapist at Fire Mountain Residential Treatment Center from 2018 to 2019. Hunter has completed internships in marriage and family therapy at both Carenet Counseling East and East Carolina Marriage and Family Therapy Clinic between 2017 and 2018. They earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University in 2018, and prior to their work in therapy, Hunter gained experience as a Supply Chain Intern and Sales Administrator at Durham Brands from 2009 to 2011.
