Sandy Orlando, MBA, currently serves as Vice President and Head of People Operations at Acronym since April 2023. Previously, Sandy held the position of Director of Human Resources and Midwest HR Lead at Omnicom Media Group from June 2013 to July 2021. Sandy's extensive background in human resources includes roles such as Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Corporate Recruiter, and Human Resources Coordinator at Information Resources, Inc. from August 2001 to June 2013, along with earlier experience as a Recruiter at Effective Data Inc. and Protege Systems, Inc. Sandy obtained an MBA in Human Resources Management from DePaul University and a BS in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
