Joanne Keyworth

Joanne Keyworth has over two decades of experience in restaurant management, currently serving as General Manager at Charcoal Group of Restaurants since July 2022. Prior to this role, Joanne held the position of General Manager at Cara Operations - Milestones Bar and Grill from April 2008 to July 2022, overseeing restaurant operations with a focus on budgets, P&L statements, hiring, and guest satisfaction. Previous to that, Joanne was the General Manager at SIR Corp, managing annual sales of $5M and providing leadership to a team of 55. Joanne also gained valuable experience at Paradiso Restaurant focusing on new store openings and team development, and at Prime Restaurants Inc. as Senior Manager of Training and Development, creating effective training programs for various brands. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science and Kinesiology from York University.
