Martin Mazur

Martin Mazur is an experienced professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Vice President Operations and Multi Unit Manager at Charcoal Group of Restaurants since July 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp.) from June 2011 to June 2022, progressing from Manager to General Manager and eventually Regional Director.
