Marie C. is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in environmental engineering and culinary entrepreneurship. Currently, Marie serves as the Founder and Head Charcuterie Curator at Charcuter-Marie, providing gluten-free charcuterie offerings in the Denver Metropolitan Area since 2022. Prior to this venture, Marie worked as an Air Quality Specialist at Kleinfelder in 2021, and spent nearly a decade at DCP Midstream, where responsibilities included leading air permitting projects and supervising greenhouse gas reporting programs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at Ramboll, managing various environmental compliance projects. Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UCLA.
