Archana Karthik

Archana Karthik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Archana started their career in 2010 as a Consultant at Ernst & Young Pvt Ltd, where they worked in the Advisory Services department. In 2011, they joined Infosys as an Associate Lead in HRD, specializing in Compensation and Benefits and Global HR Compliance. After a year, they took a break to be a Stay-at-home Mom from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, they returned to work and joined Chargebee as a Manager in the People Success department. Archana was promoted to Senior Manager in January 2021 and continues to hold that position to the present day.

Archana Karthik attended Symbiosis International University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an MBA degree in Business, Management, IT, HRM, and Marketing. Prior to that, they studied at Anna University from 2004 to 2008 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, Archana obtained the following: Total Rewards Management from WorldatWork in May 2022, Certified People Analytics Specialist from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in November 2021, Certified HR M&A Professional from Aon in September 2021, and Associate Professional in Human Resources - aPHR™ from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2017.
