Chaitanya Jha

Chaitanya Jha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2007, Jha started as a Setup Configuration Analyst at Hewitt Associates, where they administered testing and analyses on Total Benefits Administration (TBA), a proprietary tool for processing employee compensation and benefits. In 2010, Jha co-founded Discover Life, a skill training company focused on entrepreneurship and life skills development for K-12 students. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Business Development Manager for Liqvid eLearning Services Pvt Ltd.

In 2013, Jha joined Mettl as a Business Development Manager, where they initiated the education and vocational skill assessments vertical and secured the first university client, growing the account tenfold within a year. They later became the Business Head, achieving significant revenue growth and forging assessment partnerships with multiple Sector Skill Councils. At Mettl, Jha also worked on large-scale project solutioning and implementation for various sectors.

In 2015, Jha co-founded Qacco, a venture that they were involved with until 2018 as a Co-Founder. In 2018, Jha joined THB as a Director of New Initiatives, and later that year, they began working at Chargebee as a Director of Strategic Initiatives. At Chargebee, Jha's role evolved to become the Director of Sales in 2019, responsible for helping businesses worldwide run their subscription business. They were then promoted to Senior Director of Sales in January 2021. Overall, Chaitanya Jha's work experience reflects a strong track record in sales, business development, and strategic initiatives.

Chaitanya Jha pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Delhi University between 2004 and 2007. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, where they completed their Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Sales and Marketing.
