Himanshu Chhabra

Himanshu Chhabra has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Himanshu is currently working as a Technical Account Manager at Chargebee since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Zenoti from May 2021 to January 2022, where they were responsible for implementing software solutions for spas and salons globally.

Before joining Zenoti, Himanshu worked at HighRadius as a Senior Functional Consultant and POD Lead from January 2021 to May 2021. In this role, they led a team of consultants and oversaw the delivery of enterprise cloud projects for HighRadius' payment product. Himanshu also worked as a Functional Consultant at HighRadius from November 2017 to December 2020, specializing in end-to-end implementation and project management for the integrated receivables product.

Prior to this, Himanshu gained experience at J.P. Morgan as a Team Lead from August 2015 to November 2017, focusing on enterprise software projects in the commercial banking division. Himanshu also interned at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2014, where they worked on automation of reports and MIS for the Reconciliation operations unit.

Himanshu's career started as a Trainee at Neo Corp International Ltd in 2013, where they worked on reducing downtime and increasing productivity in weaving operations. Himanshu also collaborated with the HR team to develop an internal feedback system.

Throughout their career, Himanshu has demonstrated expertise in project management, solution design, client training, and technical implementation. Their experience spans multiple regions and industries, showcasing their versatility and adaptability in different roles and organizations.

Himanshu Chhabra completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, between 2011 and 2015. Later, in 2021, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore. In addition to their formal education, Himanshu acquired several certifications including "Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team" from LinkedIn in March 2021, "Web Development HTML CSS & JS a 2021 Beginner to Advance" from Udemy in March 2021, and "Foundation Level Certificate in Software Testing" from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2016.
