Kanika Khurana

Kanika Khurana has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kanika is currently working at Chargebee as the Chief of Staff in the COO's Office. In this role, they collaborate with the Co-founder & COO to drive strategic priorities and manages multiple projects.

Before joining Chargebee, Kanika worked at CaaStle as a Program Manager, where they built workflows, processes, and teams for a data-driven team. Kanika also led cross-functional projects in Market Entry, Merchandising, and Customer Service. Additionally, they led the firm-wide COVID taskforce, developing supportive policies for employees.

Kanika has also contributed to the empowerment of women in the workplace through their role as a Business Mentor at JobsForHer. Kanika mentored young working women professionals on topics such as CV building and structured thinking.
