Manan Bhanushali

Manan Bhanushali has several years of experience in the field of business analysis and consulting. Manan is currently working at Chargebee as a Business Analyst and Professional Services Consultant. Prior to this, they worked at ITC Infotech as a Lead Business Analyst, where they led the implementation of Altéa Reservation Desktop for airlines migrating to Amadeus GDS. Manan also played a key role in the migration project for multiple airlines to transition from legacy desktop applications to modern browser-based applications. Additionally, they were involved in a transformation project to decommission legacy applications. Before joining ITC Infotech, Manan worked as a Business Analyst at a client project of Jet Airways for IBM. In this role, they analyzed client pain points and revenue generation opportunities and collaborated with clients and vendors to improve business processes.

Manan Bhanushali completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Engineering from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications such as Cognitive Practitioner, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Blockchain Essentials, and Travel & Transportation Industry Foundations from IBM. Manan also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2021.
