Jahnvi Nagrecha

Jahnvi Nagrecha has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field. Jahnvi began their career as an Intern at Dimension360 and Hindustan Times in 2012, followed by an Intern role at Amul (GCMMF) in 2015. Jahnvi then moved to AARDOUR WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED in 2015, where they worked as an HR Executive. In 2017, they joined Sugar 'N Spice Foods Pvt Ltd as an HR Manager, and in 2019 they moved to SSM InfoTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Manager. Currently, they are an HR Manager at CHARGE ZONE, a position they have held since 2022. In their roles, they have managed the recruitment life-cycle, developed and maintained MIS reports, participated in evaluation and monitoring of training programs, advised businesses in establishing clear and enticing internal career paths, and assisted with Talent Management.

Jahnvi Nagrecha completed a two-year PGDM in Marketing and HR from the School of Management Science Varanasi in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from St. Xavier's College in 2013.
