João Duarte has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. João began their career in 2008 as a BMW/MINI Service Consultant at Bomcar Automóveis, SA. João then moved on to Ford Motor Company, where they worked as a Warranty Consultant from 2009 to 2011 and as a Technical Hotline Engineer from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Jaguar Land Rover Deutschland as a European Technical Support Engineer. After two years, they transitioned to FIAAL - Ford Store, Jaguar, Land Rover, where they served as a Service Manager from 2019 to 2021. João then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at EVBox from 2021 to 2022 before joining their current company, ChargePoint, also as a Technical Support Engineer.
