Troy McCoy

Troy McCoy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Troy is currently an Advisory Board Member for the Oil & Gas Workers Association since October 2022. Prior to that, they held key positions at Charger Energy Services, LLC, serving as the Chief Executive Officer from February 2022 and as the Director of Corporate Development & Marketing from May 2021 to March 2022. Troy has also been the Chief Executive Officer at Charger Electrical since February 2022. Earlier in their career, Troy was the President of Salt Creek Ventures, LLC starting from February 2015. Troy worked at Design Solutions & Integration from October 2019 to May 2021 and held the role of Permian Business Manager at Superior Optimization Ltd from April 2018 to October 2019. Before that, they were the Business Development Manager at Resource Automation & Electrical from February 2013 to April 2018. Troy also gained experience as a Mineral Intern at the Colorado State Land Board from October 2012 to March 2013 and as a Landman at Western Land Services, Inc. from May 2011 to October 2012.

Troy McCoy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Land and Resource Management from Western Colorado University, attending from 2006 to 2011.
